Shipping costs are calculated with a t&t code via the carrier postnl, by myparcel. 

Delivery time.
After payment you can usually expect your package within 2/3 working days*. Your package will be shipped within 1 week at the latest, if possible more often. If you have ordered pre-order products or an item that is not in stock, the items will be shipped together. Due to the high shipping costs, it is not feasible to ship in 2 parts.

Stock.
It may happen that an error occurs in the stock. If you order an item that is out of stock or damaged, you will receive a refund if this item is less than 10% of the order amount. If the amount is higher, I will contact you whether you want the money back or a replacement item.

Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Please note that you should use T&T, if the package goes missing you can prove this. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.”
